These protein waffles are super easy to make and can be tailored to how you like! Top them off with yummy toppings and you’re good to go for breakfast or dessert!
- 1/3 cup oat flour
- 20g whey protein
- 1/4 cup egg whites (or 2 egg whites)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- Stevia (optional depending on how sweet your protein is)
Mix all ingredients together. I like using a Blender Bottle because I can measure the ingredients and save on dishes! Pour into a sprayed waffle iron and cook to desired doneness. This recipe depending on the protein and your waffle maker makes 1-2 waffles!
